I prepared this Vegan Carob-Banana Cake with my personal Gluten Free mix of flours.
I used banana and apple sauce to make it moist and soft. Moreover, I added coconut cream since I wanted to make it oil free.
The flax seed flour is a perfect substitute for the egg and is very nutritious. After you pour the carob cream on top of the cake you can put it in the fridge for about 1 hour to dry or you can taste it straight away.
Simple, light and tasty!!
